This Website Terms of Use is one of three documents that together govern your relationship with Impactive when using our digital properties.

These three documents should be read together. In the event of any conflict between them, these Website Terms of Use shall prevail unless the subject matter falls explicitly within the scope of the Privacy Policy or Cookie Notice.

3. About Impactive and This Website
Impactive is a digital agency providing professional B2B services through four specialist divisions: Impactive Search (SEO, GEO, LLMO, and AI Search strategy), Impactive Studios (web design and website development), Impactive Performance (paid digital advertising and analytics), and Impactive Automation (AI integration and workflow automation).
Impactive also operates Impactive Giving, an internal charitable programme through which the company directs a portion of its profits toward social and community causes.
This Website serves as our corporate digital presence. Its purposes include presenting information about Impactive and its services, enabling prospective clients and partners to contact us, and publishing thought leadership, case studies, and resources.
The Website does not itself constitute a service agreement. Any engagement of Impactive's professional services is governed exclusively by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) entered into with the relevant client. Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer to provide services unless confirmed in writing by Impactive.
